faithfulheart @zhenstyle I know I carefully wrapped everything twice and then boxed and thought it would be well protected. The handbag wasn't new of course, but still, I don't know what could have happened. Sigh.

zhenstyle @faithfulheart I was very disappointed/surprised that the purse had a lot more wear than "like new" would make one think. The edges at the bottom are wearing thin and I even found a spot with a tear showing the wire rim. It's a quality craftsmanship but more damage from weather and use than expected. My plan is trying to moisturize it and see if that helps the scuffed bottom and straps. I still don't know what to do with the edges to keep it from breaking though. Posh offered me a credit

faithfulheart @zhenstyle I am sorry you were disappointed. I seriously did not see any wiring or unusual aging. I suppose like new is always relevant as beauty in the eye of each beholder. I would have never meant to misguide anyone. I hope you can get it fixed to your satisfaction. I'm glad the other things were acceptable and that you enjoy the extra earrings. That was nice of Poshmark to offer something. I still haven't seen the pictures. 💕

Looks like Customer service doesn't share those for some reason.
