Good afternoon I purchased a Givenchy gold ring from @moderworldgal, on 1/31/2021. I have jet to receive the item. I payed $16.11 after tax. please investigate and see what went wrong. I tried to get on her app but it states it has been taken out.

@sonnyq hi luv, I sent out your package yesterday and just got off the phone with the carrier. Apparently the package was mailed off and they’re unsure of why it hasn’t been scanned in yet. If it reaches the time frame and they haven’t located it I will gladly do a full refund. I’m sorry the post office is very crappy with Poshmark labels. This is not the first time they lose my stuff.
