I’m a full-time seller who is very conscious of the counterfeit goods problem on Poshmark, but I’ve never heard of the existence of fake Rag & Bone Jeans. Not all brands are counterfeited. I would never intentionally sell fake, and I have no reason to believe these are fake...

I suspect they are likely an older style and perhaps the way the jeans are branded has changed slightly. That being said, I could be wrong and you can definitely still report the item “not as described” and open a case with Poshmark and they can examine the authenticity and reimburse you if they are indeed fake. You are never powerless and stuck with an item “not as described” on Poshmark so you are welcome to consult with them about your concerns.
