posh_stylin03 @soniaveronica I just saw your note & I’m sorry you weren’t pleased with item. However, full disclosure of discoloration at bottom of bag was noted in item description, along with multiple pictures & all zippers did work upon shipping.

posh_stylin03 @soniaveronica This item was cleaned & was double checked by a 2nd person, zippers worked well and had no problem zipping/unzipping. Item was not listed as perfect & priced accordingly at only $10, less than 1/4 of original price, as it was a large good used condition bag with lots of use still. I would have appreciated you contacting me & would have been than happy to resolve. I’ve never received anything less than a 5 star rating & take pride in honesty.

posh_stylin03 A gift should not be a reason to mark someone down. A kind thank you card was sent & to complain about not receiving a gift & cleanliness when the stain/discoloration was noted is not very fair to the seller.

posh_stylin03 @soniaveronica Both inaccurate. And have never had any such thing ever mentioned. It was spot treated, machine washed & comes from non-smoking household ... no smoking whatsoever! I see you’ve just joined Poshmark & will reach out to them from here, as I don’t appreciate taking advantage of sellers. Good day
