Hello, I wrapped the bracelet in tissue paper... for $12 what exactly were you expecting???? When someone purchases an item in person from my store I also wrap it in tissue paper. You purchased an item second hand at a VERY reasonable price, please, tell me, what else did you think you would receive ???
