tmsam063 Hi…I’m so glad the Brighton bag arrived safe & sound 😊. I contacted Support. COMMENT: Hi there, My offer to the buyer for the Brighton bag was $125 w/$5.95 discounted shipping. Upon delivery, She’s informed me that she was charged the full shipping cost. How do we get this adjusted? Please see attached screen shots with buyer/seller/item & price negotiations reflecting agreed upon pricing & shipping. Is there a way to reply to both buyer & seller that this has been adjusted? tmsam063 @sonjahickmon Hi, I did hear back from PM and they apologized and requested the “buyer” reach out and they can adjust it. I did respond “why the extra step” but haven’t heard back. Apologies for the inconvenience but maybe send the request on your end so they have it from both us? Kinda silly but…let’s just get it adjusted to what we agreed on 🙃
