sonnysouth @cheryljackso209 Thank you!!! I am new to posh mark and there was A glitch in their system and it purchase something by mistake. I did not realize if I didn’t notify posh Mark in three hours the seller ships. The item just arrived to my PO Box. Am I allowed to ship it back.

sonnysouth @lynnsimmons Sorry for the late response. I’ve been traveling . There was a glitch in the system as I did not purchase the shoe. I reported it within the three hour requirement and somehow they charge me and the item was shipped by mistake.
