Since PM purchases are ultimately FINAL SALE, my assumption is that the only way you could retract your purchase was to initiate a claim stating the item “does not work”. I had this item checked by a reputable jeweler and it was determined that the watch is in excellent running condition and is keeping PERFECT time!!!
