hanolibri With all do respect can you please provide me with reason for poor rating on brand new item you purchased from me. You mentioned reason being other. Was never used, with tags attached, wrapped in white tissue paper with gold heart thank you sticker, shipped the same day from smoke free home. Please let me know where did I make a mistake. You always have an option to open return instead of accepting it if not what you expected.
