audreyc158 tried calling USPS about the shipment and they just said it`s still on it`s way. I have NO idea why it has taken almost 3 weeks?? I have three packages I sent out after yours that made it just fine last week? I am so sorry. They said that due to Covid, some packages are taking longer. hope it makes it there soon.
