Hi Soo! Any response from Poshmark on how to get your refund going? I have sent you messages on the listing page, not sure you're getting those? Let me know when you can? Again, I have no messages from Poshmark on how to ok the refund but am ready to do so as soon as I hear from them? Can you reach out to them with the case # and ask them to contact me for refund approval so we can get your $ back to you! Thanks!

@sooab I heard back from Poshmark, they said they cannot offer a refund because a return case has not been opened. They told me to tell you to reach out to them. I am so confused!!

Go to "problems/ order inquiry", then to "contact Poshmark Support"...send them an email, apparently they don't have a case opened.

@sooab I do not see that on my page, it says order delivered (to you)...not cancelled or refunded. I responded back to Poshmark's email to me asking them to reach out to you and include me in the correspondence. This does not make sense, when a case is opened both buyer and seller are notified, can you send me your case # so we can try to get this resolved and reach out to Poshmark again?

@janicelgk apparently, they refunded me as a courtesy and already released the payment to you as well. they said no need for me to return the item to you but I have already did.
