juribi @soph223344 hi yes but I believe you requested a refund as that is what Poshmark sent me. I was confused. The money should be released to you by now I received notice that it was resolved. I will notify Poshmark to make sure you get your refund. s39 Sorry the button fell off after you wore it, but I would have no way of predicting that a button would fall off after you wore the hoodie. For you to change the rating from 5star to 2 star is very undeserving. And sewing a button on is an easy fix.

soph223344 @s39 for a 150$ a button shouldn’t have even fell off which it was loose to begin with otherwise it wouldn’t have fell off I have tons of lululemon items and there pretty secure regarding there product quality.
