dressednpurple @sophiap2401 good afternoon, thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately when the lady who picks up the packages to be delivered to the post office she was not careful with your package and there was damage done to the shoes. I had marked it shipped because they were already at the post office, but they called me in regards of the damage done. I had to cancel because i am not sure how much of damage was done and I will not be ok sending you a damaged pair of shoes. I apologize for this.
