lizzylou77 I just. Ought the Gucci belt and you said it was 37" - its 34" and does NOT fit! How can I get a refund?!?

sophiacon @lizzylou77 the 37” was for tip to tip, not the last hole - that’s what the other user had asked for - Maybe that’s where the misunderstanding happened.

sophiacon @lizzylou77 I’m not sure how this works, as I’ve never had an issue before - I’ve replied to the case you’ve opened and every single one of your comments and will do whatever is possible to resolve this matter, but please don’t spam my whole profile, as that’s not fair to me - I would never intentionally sell you something that you’d be unhappy with. I even have the photo of the measurements, so I’m really sorry about this misunderstanding, but I hope you see that it wasn’t intentional.
