sophespo @berthaalcazar49 oh my gosh I am so so sorry! I had sent two orders and I must have mixed the labels up. You can report it and it will send it back! I will tell the other lady who ordered the socks to do the same. You will be refunded fully and I will relist the tank top and give you a lower price. I am so terribly sorry!

sophespo @berthaalcazar49 when you have to accept the item, you should be able to open a report and say it was the wrong item. It will ask for picture proof then Poshmark will open the case and they will be in charge of the refund, since you pay through the app

sophespo @berthaalcazar49 when you go to the page that says “pending acceptance” it will have a problems/order inquiry button on it. Place your problem through there. It should allow you to mark as wrong item. Then Poshmark will open a case. Their policy covers incorrect items and will send you a shipping label to send it back.

sophespo @berthaalcazar49 I just got a notification that the case was opened. Poshmark will send you a label after they approve it and you just ship it back. I will repost it for you for 50% off. I am so sorry about this mix up, I have never had this happen. My sincerest apologizes.
