elapiska Hey! The shipping explanation for the J. Crew cocktail dress was in the tracking notes for the package. It said they tried to deliver but didn’t find a safe place to leave a package, so that is why they made you come down to the post office to pick up. Really sorry for the delay and inconvenience!!
