stampingjulie Hi I ordered a pair of teal & purple Chacos from you & they are huge on me because they are wide & there wasn’t anything that said they were wide on your post. I have them as tight as they go & they are still big & floppy the strap drags the ground. Can I return them please I love the look of them they’re just too big.

srlenzmeier @stampingjulie Hello, such a bummer that they don’t fit right :( The system they use to denote regular width vs wide is on the back heel where it has W for women’s and the size number. If there is a dot on either side it is a regular width and if there is a dash on either side then it is a wide. Since this pair has the dot they are actually the regular width. They must just vary by style as far as fit.

srlenzmeier @stampingjulie As for returning there is no way that I know of to do it through Poshmark but the good thing is Chacos have good resale turn around so they should sell if you would like to try. Hope this helps!
