faithinthefight @yogavida13 no problem, I just tried contacting you the last couple days and haven’t heard back so was nervous. Although it’s a great jacket we are leaving this weekend and I was hoping to have a coat as we are headed to UP 😩! So I was hoping the sooner the better. But it’s totally ok, I have almost done it myself with a lot of orders

yogavida13 @faithinthefight Thank you for understanding; I tried to write back and suggest using another service to send you the cost of shipping, so you could send it back to me at no cost to you, but Poshmark blocked it—I think because I used the specific names of the money transfer apps.:( I emailed them and am still waiting to hear back about how to fix this. I’m so sorry you don’t have the coat you wanted for your trip. :(:(

yogavida13 @faithinthefight My boyfriend was supposed to take her shipment to the post office, but he didn’t get around to it before I realized the mistake, so I was able to hold it back. I still have your coat, and it’s packed and ready to go. As soon as Poshmark tells me how to get the shipping sorted out in a way that’s sanctioned by them, we can get the jackets traded out. Thank you again for your patience and understanding; if you want to email them as well hopefully that will speed up the process.

I am saddened and disappointed by the lack of communication on how u “promised” to make it right after you sent the wrong item, assured me you would fix. I do not know what else to say but I am very confused and disappointed. Would have been nice to receive some type of communication so I could have purchased another if your intention was or is to not act with due diligence and “promise to fix” ur mistake as a seller,

faithinthefight @yogavida13 I am really trying not to get frustrated and want to believe you when you say ur not ignoring and u are honest but this is very difficult when u have not provided updates to me, tracking info, or any of the above. U stated u would ship 20th, but obviously that did not happen, I should have received a message from u stating why or what we had to do if there was something else to do. If u have no intention of fixing as u stated pls inform me.

We’ve had to evacuate due to wildfires at least once a year for the past 3 fire seasons & somehow the hoodie got misplaced in the shuffle.
