pretty_poshable sophia_miron I am so sorry you have not received your item! I was sent an updated address for you and I used that one. On your purchase page look down and select the problem/inquiry and I will do the same to see if this can be sorted out.

pretty_poshable sophia_miron I have heard back from customer service, they have asked that you start an inquiry. You will need your poshmark name and the order number and they will follow up with you. Apparently they have a policy in place for packages that go missing. I hope this info helps to solve the problem. Ruthanne.
