Hi! Regarding the boots you ordered — everything is closed tomorrow for the holiday; we’re also in a winter storm, and we can’t really drive anywhere bc of the ice. Hopefully the everything is back open on Tuesday, and I can have them sent out on Wednesday morning. Is that okay?

hi, did you get your boots? i saw a note in the tracking information that stated that a “receptacle was full“. I’m guessing that meant they couldn’t place it in your postal box?
