realityblows Hi Sophie, My name is Sara. I sold you the Lucky brand flats. I just realized they haven’t been scanned yet and I dropped them off at the post office the very next morning after you purchased them. I will go to the post office and see what the problem is. I physically brought them in because I had to ship something else to a family member in Louisiana. I apologize for the delay but they have been shipped I promise you. realityblows @sophmwill absolutely. I am not perfect but those shoes are amazing and practically brand new. I also put it a lil note and something sweet. I try to at least ship next day if not the day of. We are only as good as what we do. Words mean nothing if actions say otherwise. So I really am sorry, and I sent Poshmark customer service an email also. I’m on it!

realityblows @sophmwill I went to the post office yesterday and today, no luck. I’ll release your funds back if you’d like . I just want to make sure Poshmark is aware of the loss on both sides. I am so very sorry, I can’t even put into words how upset I am. If they come back to me I will for sure let you know. They are great shoe I almost kept them but I seriously never got to wear them... 😞

realityblows Hi Sophie, you are going to kill me. The Poshmark team updated the shipping, it still hasn’t gotten scanned. I wrote them to let them know and the marked it “shipped” manually because I told them I shipped it. This has never happened to me before. I don’t know the protocol. I am releasing your money (if I can) and if they come back, you’ll be the first to know. Don’t hate me. I mis understood when I saw “shipped” 😔
