@szfebbo hello! So posh emailed me back and said the issue wasn't fixed with the address. I tried printing the label again and it still wouldn't let me. I can either take the package and ship it from the post office if you want to send me your address or I can cancel the order. It's totally up to you.. ether way is fine with me!

I contacted them, too, and they'd told me I'd need to register my address with USPS... at that point I just decided to put in a different address. I'm surprised it's not working still, since the new address is a business!

Sorry that you think the item smelled of smoke but it has never been in a smoking home as no here or anyone around me smokes so it's really odd and all items a re stored in a room that is very clean and each item is well maintained and stored In an individual box until bought and shipped

@whitniek20 that is very odd... ! I've got friends & family who smoke so to me it's an unmistakable smell. Maybe a previous owner got it saturated before it went into storage? At any rate, I'm hoping it will air out with time

@szfebbo also I make sure to wipe down and clean every bag before shipping with leather cleaner, so I'm really unsure how it smells that way, but no it's never been in another home I'm the sole owner of these bags before shipping I do not resale, and I absolutely guarantee that no one has ever smoked on or around this bag, my mother has to be on oxygen so it is absolutely impossible to even think about the idea of smoking it's a disgusting habit that I will never take up
