poshambassador3 @robinsons_0531 I understand that the shorts weren't "your style" but that rating brings my overall seller rating down big time, there was nothing wrong with the shorts themselves or how they were delivered.

brickroadco @scecchini8 I also received a 1 star rating from this buyer yesterday for “too big” which is not a reason to rate 1 star according to posh guidelines. (This is my full-time job, I have never received a 1 star rating prior, and I take high offense to being rated one star for the fit, that I listed measurements on. I would prefer a case opened & the item returned as opposed to a VERY unfair rating on my closet. Other sellers may want to highly consider this because it’s clearly a risk!

brickroadco @robinsons_0531 you would need to go to the order and contact Poshmark to open a case for return. This is much preferred by myself over accepting an item, and then rating on something that is not an acceptable category to rate a seller on, such as manufacturers fit. LOFT as a brand runs big. It’s up to the buyer to look at the listed measurements and compare to their other clothes or their body. It does impact people’s lives even if to you seems like just a rating.
