megndim Hey, I’m sorry to hear the shoes didn’t make it to you. Since it was shipped priority, that may be something you need to take up with Posh/USPS since it sounds like either they delivered to the wrong place or lost the package. Either way, I believe it’s insured so you should be able to receive a refund at least! So sorry this happened, it’s happened to me too and it wasn’t fun but I did get my money back once I reached out! Wish there was more I could do on my end
