piggyann1960 @sophiea678 You let the customer pay the shipping. If you choose to discount it, it comes out of your profits. When you go in to make an offer to anyone, there's a line just beneath the shipping cost the will tell you exactly what your profit will be if you drop the price and choose to cover part or all of the shipping. That profit is BEFORE you pay tax if your state requires it.
