@jpalov idk what to tell you. I cancelled the order, didn’t print a shipping label, and am literally wearing the pants right now (I decided to keep them, and found they’re kinda high waisted on me). The money was also removed from my balance and the order is cancelled on my end. If you want I could email you a picture of the order on my end? Lmk

@jpalov oh my gosh I am actually the world’s biggest idiot and I am so sorry. I cancelled THE WRONG ORDER THINKING IT WAS YOURS. All day I’ve been completely sure I cancelled the order and I cancelled the actual wrong one. I am so sorry I just explained this to PM support and they’re getting back to me. I can’t even tell you how sorry I am/how stupid I feel. There’s egg on my face and I am SO SORRY!! I’m gonna sort this out for you tonight

@jpalov no ok. I got an order for a few things this week. Two of those things were the leggings your ordered and a pair of jeans. I thought you were talking about the jeans when you messaged. I cancelled the jeans as soon as you asked, thinking that was your order. I cancelled the order because I thought it was your order. I’m wearing the jeans right now and that’s what I’ve been talking about. I really had no idea why you weren’t getting notified and didn’t know why this was happening.
