candaceestella That is horrible I am sorry that happened to you! Please ask if you need any other pictures, it is 100% authentic but it is vintage so please know it will not be the same as brand new. I collect vintage and belong to some LV clubs and a lot of people say the quality of the vintage bags is superior.
