Hi Sophie. Is the off the shoulder shirt embroidered? Also it is showing up in my favorites as $3.99 shipping but when I go to purchase it is adding $7.67 shipping. please let me know.... thanks

@joanchubb00 hi! The off the shoulder top has embroidered patches that a stitched on the top. I will check on the shipping but I can for sure lower it if you are interested in buying the top!
