stik_figures Hello Sotheavy, I noticed that you gave me a 1 star rating yesterday, for an item that you purchased a month ago on May 28th. Your review stated that you never received the item. 🤔 I apologize if this is the case. However, your item was definitely shipped to you. I’m confused as to why you didn’t notify me OR Poshmark regarding non-delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you can open a case by contacting Poshmark support. However, USPS tracking shows that your item was delivered.

pasquale5 I can change the rate for u but I definitely never receive it. I’m not sure it did delivery to somewhere instead because since we had move to this address about a year ago we did receive a lot of packages that wasn’t belong to us and we had to bring the pack to them instead.

stik_figures @pasquale5 I am sorry you never received your item. I would suggest opening a case with Poshmark because the item was packaged, shipped & delivered. It’s possible it could have been stolen from you or USPS delivered to the wrong location. At any rate, Poshmark will refund you the amount you paid if it was a USPS error. The insurance on the package covers such incidents.
