bskirvin11 Hi I bought a Mac Duggal dress size 26 from you. I bought it almost a month ago. It has not arrived. the tracking says it is still in transit. I went to the post office to have them try to locate it. They said to contact you the help get this sorted. I do not want a refund. I want to get the dress. Please help me on this.

southern_glitz @bskirvin11 It’s weird that you say that, another one of our buyers had the same problem last night, but it was delivered to her today! I’ll call our local post office and see what they say, the tracking status on our side says it’s arriving late but still on its way. I’m so sorry this is happening! I’ll let you know what they say tomorrow when they open.

southern_glitz @bskirvin11 Hi, the post office told me to file a claim online through USPS, and when I tried the claim was denied. I’ve contacted Poshmark to see what they can do. Again, I’m so so sorry about all of this.
