shadesofsage @sparkletamara Yeah! So if you go to your My Purchases tab, click on the order, then go to the bottom to Order Problem/Inquiry. There's an option in there to send in photos and a description of the item and how it's different than what you were told. It usually takes a few days for them to look over it but then they'll get back to you and send you a shipping label if it's approved. I hope that helps!
