Hello! You recently purchased a pair of volcom (straight leg) jeans and I accidentally shipped you the wrong pair! I still sent volcom jeans size 34 but they’re a different color and not as soft. I contactes Poshmark customer support to see what they suggest I do. My apologies for this inconvenience. I can send the correct pair once I hear back from you and Poshmark regarding getting the other pair sent back.

@buckms volcom Kinkade sz 34 in “rinse” (very dark blue). Maybe less Elastane (stretch) than the pair you bought.

Are you going to keep my $35 jeans for the $15 you paid or are you going to start the return so I can send you the correct pair? Or feel free to Ven Mo me the difference. There are two ways to fix this. Please don’t screw me over.

@mrs_n_r_d I won’t screw you over...but this is a big mess. I reached out to Posh and have sent me a refund. This was not what I intended as I wanted a new shipping label to return your item. If you can send me a shipping label, I can gladly send them back. I can also repurchase the original jeans for our original price if you repost. When you ship please send a paid return label. Does that make sense?

do you like the pair I sent by accident? If you do, I’ll just eat the difference and repost the original pair at $15 again. I had just hoped to get more for the newer jeans.

@mrs_n_r_d I actually do, they were still in the box. I have another pair I can sell you at a reduced rate if you want, then you can keep them or resell. They actually don’t fit me. Perhaps that could make up the difference for you once you resell.
