I Just realized "Billabong Eyes on Me sequin bolero jacket" is the one. Yes there was nothing mentioned that the sequins are missing in the description. I sure checked and Also posted pic. The sequins are missing near the underarms on both left and right sides

@srugarik this jacket was only worn once for a few hours and has been in my closet hanging. It is the styling of the jacket because the sequins are spread out and not completely covering every part of the jacket.

I wish you would have asked for a few more photos before purchasing and reporting. I would have gladly provided it. I had not noticed any discrepancies with it when I purchased. And it has been in the same exact condition. I actually purchased it for $100+ so you are getting a great deal! I apologize about that!!
