Hi Stacey. I placed your package in the mail yesterday and it appears it's been picked up by USPS but hasn't scanned in at the hub yet. This isn't normal so I've contacted Poshmark customer service to see what we can do and will advise asap.

@brynsl Hi Ms Stacey. Just wanted to update you. I spoke with the postal office and they are in possession of it. They are showing an expected receipt date of the 14th but waiting for the carrier to pick up from the hub. At that point it should scan in. I'll keep an eye out on it though. I don't like how it didn't scan into the hub and most of my other shipment show that movement. I apologize for the delay!

@brynsl Im so very sorry. I spoke with the post office again and emailed Posh again. The post office is saying it may now be lost and Posh is saying it may be delayed and they won't do anything until the 19th. I am very sorry for this. This is my first lost package via USPS with Posh and I'm not sure what to do to have this corrected. I planned on going to the Post office tomorrow morning to see if I can get something that says it's lost so Posh will send me another label to ship another.

@brynsl Good morning Ms. Stacey. As of Friday Poshmark wouldn't do anything until the 19th. I sent them an email this morning to get everything fixed and will ship another once everything has been adjusted. Again I sincerely apologize for this and wish there was more I could do.

@brynsl no maam! I've sent an email in response to my current email chain with customer service and I've also sent something in through the sold listing. I got there generic email say they recieved my inquiry and will respond within 24 hrs.

@brynsl Hey Ms Stacey. Guesses whatttt!?!?! So I haven't heard from Posh yet but I got my mail and it looks like the package was sent back. It doesn't confirm whether your address was wrong or they just did that as a result of them loosing it inside the terminal. Please check your ship to address and confirm it is correct. I was going to try and get a new shipping label and reship if that is ok.

@brynsl The new label I printed had your CO address on it. I think they just misplaced the package and sent it back. It's in a priority box with the correct label and I always put packing tap on the label to create a waterproof barrier so everything is perfectly legible.

@brynsl Ok let me see what the customer service reps says. They finally emailed back to let me know the package was rerouted after I had already received the box. 😬

Whoops! Your Poshmark purchase "Original 30oz RTIC cup" has been routed back to the sender. This usually happens when the package is overweight, packaged improperly (for example, USPS flat-rate boxes were incorrectly used) or USPS had difficulties recognizing your address. Once we confirm with the seller that they are able to re-ship the item, we will send them a new label with your current shipping address on file:

@brynsl I got the same thing but it's in a USPS priority box with the label to your Denver address. I shipped two in the same size box a week ago with no issues that's why I think the hub here just got confused and sent it back. They lost one of my purchases off of Posh a week ago inside of the hub. It scanned in NY somewhere made it all the way here to my local hub then never left.
Let me see what I can do for your order so we are definatley canceling correct?
