Hi, I hope you love the striped Amelia dress you just bought from me! I wanted to follow up since you gave the transaction a 3/5 rating with the note of ship time needs to improve. You made the purchase Saturday night and I shipped it first thing Tuesday (and Sundays don't count since no mail...), so it was within the 2 business day window that is recommended. Was there something else that you weren't satisfied with about the transaction, to knock it down 2 stars? Thanks!
