jelloscloset Hi Stacey! I am very sad that you were unhappy with the Vera Bradley Tote. I did not see any stains on the bag or would of never sent it without telling you. I purchased this bag from another seller and had no idea it even had a TSA lock. If you are unhappy I am willing to give you a full refund.

samschrauf @jellojillfl I was able to get the lock off so that's no problem. I'm not totally unhappy; just was a little disappointed. I'm going to try and clean the bag. Perhaps the marks will come out!

kristieosh Hey, I plan to ship your item out really soon. I tried to print the label at home but I ran out of ink and don't want to risk a faded label. I plan to print it tomorrow at work and mail out then if not, Tuesday morning. I apologize for the delay but it's ready to go minus the label.
