sparkyourcloset Hi Stacey, on July 17, I did mail that beautiful purple dress you purchased from my closet and today I received in mail the torn empty shipping bag of that dress returned from USPS with an apology letter that says the item was lost in transit. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience. I never had this issue before with my shipments. So, I messaged Posh customer service for help, hopefully they can assist me how to handle it.
