hi sorry for the late shipping but poshmark made a mistake in my pay, i contacted them and still waiting for an answer sorry again! another thing the dust bag that i have is for my fendi wallet too small for the bag do mind another dustbag? i have a big balenciaga one

@engy88 Hi engy, sorry for the delay in the payment being released. I had contacted Poshmark via email to ask if they could provide me with the poshmark authenticate service just so I have it, as the bag didn’t come with the authenticity cards and original packaging.

They said that the only way to get a response on authenticity is to put in a claim so that an expert can review the photos and provide me with confirmation. I am NOT looking to refund the bag. I just want proof of authenticity for peace of mind or if I ever want to resell. Just wanted to provide you an explanation in case you see the claim and have questions. Thank you for your understanding!

@staceeew hello that is rather odd did u check the pockets? i included all cards along with the one where the one where the original price is indicated which is 1750USD.
of course i do understand ur concern.

@engy88 hi engy, yes, I checked the pockets and found the original price and papers stating that the purse was made of patent leather. But there was no authenticity card to be found and the dust bag is not the original one (which I’m completely fine with for personal use). Just want to be precautionary if I ever decide that I want to sell as I will need this info to do so. I’m sorry again for the delay as poshmark has taken several days to respond to my email.

@staceeew honestly their customer service is soo bad!i emailed them since u bought the bag about extra fees they took from me and they didnt answer! mailed them again still no answer!we are both waiting!
