Hi! I'm Stacey. Thanks for stopping by! Customer service is my priority. I work full-time in an office and I do live in a rural area. I shop (a lot) and have no time for returns. I have a habit of tearing off tags and washing before trying on or wearing. Many items are NWT, NWOT, EUC (washed/unworn), or VGC (washed, worn once/twice and rewashed). Others may have been very gently worn in the office for a season and forgotten. Please let me know if I can answer any questions. Happy Poshing!

staceyparker751 @rty2013 hello Ruby, I have wrapped and put the box out for our post at work. It will be picked up at 3pm PST. I hope that you don't mind that I recycled a J.Jill bag to protect it in case it rains. I also wrapped the bag in some pretty, sparkly fabric that I hope you can use or re-gift.
