I am sorry that your north face jacket that you purchased from me took a little longer than normal to arrive. I saw you gave me a 3 star and I have a 5 star rating.
Due to the virus I was only going out of my house 1 time a week to the grocery store and during that time I stopped at the post office to ship your jacket. The post office said that they were also taking longer to scan in and ship out due to covid. This is out of my control.I am trying to be safe and keep my family safe as well
