theyellowdahlia Thank you so much for the offer on the boots. I know I should have checked before accepting. I’ve had them listed awhile and over the past year it’s possible the temperature in my storage room caused the faux leather to crack. So they’re damaged :/. If you’d like another pair of Just Fab heels or Shoedazzle Heels from my closet I’ll give them to you at 50% off since I feel so bad.

erikaacat Hi Stacie, I’m not sure if you were getting all the correspondence but I just re-opened a second case #53097198 w/USPS per the return package of your shoes. I am really sorry this is happening. I spent over an hour at the local post office trying to speak to a supervisor, but all I was able to do was to leave all the information..case numbers, tracking numbers, scheduled package pick up, confirmation of pick up..etc.

erikaacat @sjennings511 hI guess it’s your lucky day. I spent ALL day again on the phone and at post office creating another case and sending reporting emails. Posh sent an e-mail about 30 min ago that they are releasing payment to you… can you please call USPS give them the case number and have them cancel it I don’t want anyone else to have to do all kinds of crazy work for nothing.. please don’t make me spend another day doing this.
