yogi1229 @wescottpeterson another update- I went to the same usps with another package today and inquired about this. She told me they’re still behind in mailing and maybe even skipping scanning these pre-paid labels. She said to remain hopeful, so I am! I also told poshmark that it looks unshipped but has shipped.

wescottpeterson @socialjanet, Your name calling comments back to me are unprofessional and are bullying. There is no need to bully anyone, especially someone who posted an honest assessment of the product you sold me. I am happy to provide photos. I do appreciate you offering to accept it for a return but I bought it for my HS daughter whose team colors are red and she wants to keep it. I hope in the future you refrain from these kinds of responses.

dapperkitty @wescottpeterson Just in case I opened a case and talked with a rep on the phone today. He will send the request to the logistics department to see if they can locate the box. Case#23691339. Fingers crossed 🤞! Again thank you for your patience!

wescottpeterson @dapperkitty I sent a message to customer service today asking them about the delay. It looks like the shoes are still in the same place they were 10 days ago 🤞🏻

dapperkitty @wescottpeterson Yes, that's the reason I opened a case with them. You can refer to that number if you call USPS. The rep told me that the case will trigger an investigation to locate the package, by their logistics department. # is on my previous message. I will call on Monday and follow up.
