nickitillery @stacey_regina Thank you for your purchase. While on the other hand I don’t understand the “needs improvement”. I can’t help that the shoes are uncomfortable on you. I wish they fit you perfectly. It’s not my fault they don’t. My service to you was wrapping the shoes, and mailing them to you in a timely matter. I’m sorry they don’t fit you. Nicki
