chezverte Hi Stacey I see you are new to Poshmark. I have never gotten a 3 star rating rating. can you tell me how I can improve on a $18 item? I only made $12 after Poshmark percent and shipping. This rating hurts my seller reputation so interested in learning what went wrong for you.

pmartin52 @chezverte I would block her, I just sold her a dress brand new, she saw the pics but yet she says the dress is not the color, and it’s not authentic. She is giving terrible ratings and finding faults on all her purchases. As soon as I get my return, she will be blocked!

streese81 I never stated it wasn't authentic. The listing color says "cream", the pictures look lighter in color. The color is NOT cream. Everything else with the dress was fine. Had the listing said the dress was dark in color, brown or even bronze, i would not have purchased.
