@staceyd116 thank u so much for ur purchase while packing ur package I have no idea how one side of the bag is completely opened it’s not a rip but I think the glue came off or sth I will post the pic of the bag for u to look at. The other 2 bags r perfect. I have a small Tory Burch, Marciano and Hugo boss bags if u want I can send u 2 of those instead of this one I will post all the pics please let me know so I can ship ur package. I am sorry for the inconvenience
