saltycwgrl I just got another offer from you on the Hurley Tago swimsuit that you are using my cover photo with the pink Hurley logo in the upper right corner in your listing. I suspect the second is also mine. I asked you nicely to please not use my photos back in June. I appreciate your integrity and lack of character. Now I'm reporting you. And no thank you on the offer, I have one just like it listed in my closet with my photos.

sgillin1021 @saltycwgrl you have my sincerest apologies. I 100% did not see anything in June. I am new to Poshmark and am not very attentive to it. I image searched for photos, and that came up. It looks like a stock photo from the brand, and that's what I assumed it was. I'm a professional photographer and would never intentionally use someone else's personal pictures. Again, I am sorry.

saltycwgrl @sgillin1021 No need, I sent my project photo from the app I use to edit cover shots with the brands logo to Poshmark already. I see my Poshmark photos all the time from scam sights and international businesses that don't even sell jewelry or clothing. I just don't see my photos being used by other Poshmark sellers.

sgillin1021 @saltycwgrl yes, I see it now. I said I did not see it in June. I did not do anything malicious or with ill-intent, so please do not assume that I lack integrity. No one would have thought twice about using what are clearly brand stock photos. I would like to be finished with this interaction. Respectfully, I have deeper things to worry about. Thank-you.
