pk827 Hi Stacy! I dropped your package off at the post office two days ago. I noticed today it still hadn’t been scanned yet so I went back to the post office to see what happened. Evidently the wrong shipping label printed out and your package was delivered to Stephenville! 😭😭😭 I don’t know how that could have happened but I’ve contacted Poshmark to let them know. I am SO SORRY for the inconvenience, I’ll keep you posted as I learn more 💛💛💛

cupcake12step I don’t think I heard anything back from Poshmark. The recipient sent it back to me, so I forwarded it on to the buyer. It wrecked my shipping average, but it worked out.

I purchased more KM product yesterday, so I am going to go ahead and mail it out to you to day and pray that the girl who got your box returns it to me 🙏🏻 she isn’t responding and isn’t very active on Poshmark 😬 but I learned my lesson!! Double check labels!!! Before I do that though, you haven’t been issued a refund or anything have you?
