keisha_i Hi. As I was checking and packing orders I noticed that the battery compartment door is missing on the scrubber. I am new to Poshmark and am trying to figure out how to issue a refund, or if you like you can look through my listings and pick another item of the same value before offer so I think the original price was between $12-$15 just let me know how you would like to proceed. I am sorry for the inconvenience but I will not ship out faulty items. Thank You in advance.
