donnalawrenc185 Hi Stacie, Just checking to see if your boots have arrived. I don't show that you have received them. I got a notice that they might arrive later than normal, but it's been almost a week. You should have had them by now. Please let me know when you get this message. Thank you. Donna

donnalawrenc185 I will check with my post office on Monday. They are closed now, so if you haven't received them by then, I will attempt to see what's happening. I have another purchase that was sent the day after yours and it has not arrived either. I've never had this problem before. Thank you for your patience. Donna

donnalawrenc185 This sort of thing has never happened before on any shipments I've made. I am going to attempt to contact the post office for help. I apologize. I will do what I can to correct it. Please be patient. Will let you know when I know.

donnalawrenc185 I called the Tulsa, OK Usps and it left their facility today. It is in transit so the tracking I posted is correct. Not sure how long it will take to get to you. Usps claims it's because of covid and the shortage of employees. I'm so sorry.
