slatham123 @chloerosen I have never had this problem and I buy from postmark all the time. They said that they have been delivered to Richmond, CA. I’m assuming that last still where they are. Can u just get a refund? There is no way those shoes will be here in time for Christmas. This is getting ridiculous

slatham123 @chloerosen I hate that this is happening. I sent them an email as well. I will send them another one today. I think we both deserve to have our stuff overnighted. I guess it’s out of our hands at this point so that is what makes it so frustrating.
